As a Product Designer on Bupa.co.uk, I improve healthcare journeys across consumer, business, care home, clinic and health service experiences. Within a large, regulated environment, the team continually refines the website so people can find and understand important health information with confidence.

My approach is user-centred and mobile-first, combining research, behavioural data, accessibility standards and industry best practice. I turn complex content and processes into clearer journeys while balancing user needs, business goals, regulation and technical constraints.

Responsibilities and impact

• Design and improve end-to-end journeys on Bupa.co.uk, balancing user needs, business goals and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with researchers, content designers, product managers and engineers from discovery through delivery
• Embed accessibility and inclusive-design principles in day-to-day product work, supporting experiences that meet WCAG standards
• Use research, behavioural data and live feedback to inform decisions and iterate on existing experiences
• Facilitate kick-offs and design discussions that turn business objectives into clear, user-focused problem statements
