As the Product Designer for Bupa.co.uk and the Design System squad, I support a wide range of stakeholders—including B2C, B2B, Care Homes, Clinics, and Health Experts. Our team is dedicated to continuously enhancing the website to deliver the best possible digital experience. We prioritise accessibility and inclusivity, using data insights and industry best practices to inform design decisions and elevate the user experience across all digital touchpoints.

Duties
Established and contributed to a cohesive design system, implemented across all digital products to elevate website maturity and ensure visual and functional consistency. Continuously reviewed and enhanced squad workflows on retros to enable high-quality delivery. Educated business stakeholders by translating business ideas into user-focused briefs through facilitated kick-off calls and UX workshops.
